Senior Project

For those of you who do not know I am doing quilting as my senior project. I first started off by doing the senior project proposal which was then stolen!! three classes before I had to turn it in! (ANGER!!) I talked to my teacher and she gave me another week to redo it. By the time I was done with this, I was ready to be done with the project before it had hardly even started! Well, a week or two ago I was talking to the lady who runs the accounting in the cafeteria and she is a HUGE quilter! Yay!!! :) So she is helping me out TONS! Her sister is also a major quilter so they are both really excited to help me out. Then, last Thursday, I went to a quilting group at Mercy Medical Center and all of the ladies there adopted me as their own and am going to help me out too! :D THEN! on top of all that! I went to a group on Saturday and they do the actual quilting, but they send their quilts to Veterans. But with all of this help, my project is going to be a breeze! I'm super excited now! :D :D

I love it when something seems ahead of time like it's gonna be a massive take-on, but then is super easy and even enjoyable. That doesn't happen enough, haha! :) So... what do you want to quilt? "A quilt." Yeah, ok. ;) Do you have any specific quilt ideas? :D

Haha :) Well I'll probably make one strip quilt to begin with to make sure I got it down, then I'm going to make a Memory Quilt with my family tree in it :)
